2 envelopes of caramel cream

3 tablespoons custard

5 cups of liquid milk

1 tablespoon vanilla

1/4 cup sugar


Method


In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat, stirring continuously.


Add the sugar, vanilla, and custard to the cold milk. Once the mixture is slightly warm, add the crème caramel powder and continue stirring with a hand whisk to prevent the mixture from curdling.


Meanwhile, divide the caramel with the powdered cream into 10 cups, adding small amounts to each cup. When the mixture boils, remove from heat and pour over the caramel into the cups. Cover each one individually with plastic wrap to prevent a solid top.


Once slightly cooled, refrigerate the crème caramel cups for at least 3-5 hours. Serve chilled.
